I am a first time drone operator. bought this because it was a GPS drone at a decent price. plus there are a lot of good reviews on youtube for this model. Sure enough, charged the batteries followed the directions and it was up and flying in no time. Very steady flyer. Was very easy to handle and fly for a first time flyer like me. I highly recommend the HS165 drone to anyone. It also is very compact and weights under the 250g FAA limit. Remote has rechargable batteries which is nice. Picture shows it next to a Holy Stone HS210 which i also bought to practice with!

Long story short. I got a unit that was defective and only 1 battery worked. I reached out to support. After a few emails back and forth. They sent me a new unit, both batteries worked. I've only been able to fly it once as our current temp has been over 105 degrees. The one flight I had was a good experience. Got some cool footage. This is my first drone, I didn't crash it so, that's a plus. For the price, I'd say go for it if you are looking for your first drone. Really happy with the customer service and product.

This is my first drone and my first impression out of the box was the high quality. Reading the manual I thought it looked a bit difficult but was wrong. I had it up in the air and landing in no time. The ease of operation is amazing and I'm looking forward to hours of fun in the future. I am very impressed. Easy to follow out of the box instructions. Would definitely purchase another Holystone Drone in the future.

This is my second drone and I love it. Easy to fly and does everything I could ask it to do. My wife loves to see the dogs chase it. I may buy another one.
