This is my first outdoor drone and I love it. So easy to fly. App is nice and clean. My 10year can even fly it. So much fun

So, here's my update folks. If you read below, I received my drone and it wouldn't get off the ground. I called the company and after several days of email back and forth, they sent me a new unit. The new unit works great. I've crashed it a few times but I'm still in the learning phase as this is my first drone. So overall, setup is a little tricky, read the manual first. Flying it is a little tricky too but just takes some time to learn how. I took a few pics last night and, even though it was dark, they came out nice. Looking forward to using this more. I decided to upgrade my score from 1 to 5.
At first review, this looks like a great drone, decent price, for beginners. However, the setup took some time, but the manual was fairly good. Not sure why they can't calibrate these at the factory and have them ready to go. So, I took some time, calibrated it, and spent the next two days with tech support, trying to get it to lift off the ground. It started up, could see video, lights flashing, wouldn't take off. After a while, the props stopped. I restart, same thing. Now I'm waiting for tech support to send me a new one. This is the fun part. I called the 800 #, walked through a long process and they determined it was defective, so send them a video and we'll replace it. Got an email the next day, here, try this to make it work, were the batteries charged, was it calibrated? Ugh, uploaded video, responded to email. Still waiting for response. Now, if the new one works, I'll be glad to change this score, but for now, if you would've calibrated it at the factory, you wouldn't know it was defective before I did! Thank you
