It took me about 4 hours to get the drone to orientate when I first started AFTER having to charge the batteries and controller. I got it flying and it looked like it was going ok. Then I could get it started, but it wouldnt take off. I changed the battery and restarted the process all over(having to resync the controller every time is very annoying). Whalah...its flying yay.. I got about 10 min of getting used to the controls and trying to fly by camera then made 1 video pass over my property before the battery died again. Recharged everything and had to wait for another day to use it again. Now it starts..takes off..gets 5 feet off the ground and shuts off crashing back down. I made adjustments with fully charged batteries, resync everything(AGAIN) and after several attepts, the same result. Now I feel its a loss. Never was able to test all its functions or use it longer then 20 min after 5 hours of set up. I'm extremely disappointed with this product. It is not reliable enough for the purposes I want and feel its overpriced for the effort.

Why I need to do this for my free gift?
Fantastic drone for first timers

I got this drone as a gift from my brother, I loved everything about it. It was easy to learn to fly. The packaging in the case was superb. Basically has a 15 minute learning curve. My issue with it is that I had 4 flights with a total of about 15 minutes until I tried my 5th flight and one of the motors stopped working. Now, it's worthless. We'll see if they have any customer support. If the motor gets replaced, it will be a five star review from me.
I thought it was too complicated for a first timer

I personally thought it was too complicated for a first timer and ours wouldn’t fly .... having to unlock it every time we tried to fly it was a pain. I returned it for these reasons
