For my first time ever flying a drone, it handles very well. I've done a lot of looking around before I purchased this one. And I have to say, for the price and quality of the drone it's worth getting especially for beginners.

Great drone for an exceptional price! A couple of years ago I got a ‘toy’ drone for Christmas it was so light that it was impossible to fly unless there was no wind. Rather than give up on drones I did research and discovered the Holy Stone HS270 which is capable of flying in the wind. This drone was in my budget range and one of the highest rated in its category. I will not list all the capabilities of the drone – I suggest you look those up - but suffice it to say that you get many of the preferred features for a very economical price. Although I buy a lot of items on Amazon this is the first positive review I have posted because this drone combined with the customer service from Holy Stone has far exceeded my expectations. In the near future I plan to upgrade to an even more capable drone and based on my experience with this HS270 it will also be from Holy Stone.

The Hs270 flies really well and easy to learn. Easy take off and landing. Gps return home when on low battery works well it scared me the first time since it sped back to the initial takeoff point. Video quallity decent. Connects by wifi and a app that streams video to your phone and convenient that it saves to a sd card and my phone storage. Had some user error that was resolved prompt by June and Selina. Will defienty recommend to anyone.

I would like to give you all a genuine review of this drone, and why I will never want to be without one.

I use my HS270 mostly as a tool for when I go out into the mountains to explore trails and search for campsites. Furthermore, its incredible for exploring your roof or around your home or property to check things over.

As far as recreation goes, its very easy to operate. Calibrating the compass and linking to GPS has been very easy in my travels. Its GPS stabilization is incredible for how cheap it is compared to others, and it has an excellent 2.7K camera that is plenty for taking amateur video and photos while you’re on a trip. Return to home setting has always worked flawlessly for me, and the drone lands within a foot and half of my launch point while I’m hands off of the controller.

The unit is solid, well built, and the folds into a nice compact size for travel, and comes with four extra blades and a charging cable. The manual provided is helpful, but should you lose it the Holy Stone app has all the information you need as a back up.

Overall, this drone is a steal for the price if you are not looking for professional video quality stabilization. The gyro on it is great, but this is mostly for exploration, fun, and utility purposes, and It shines at all of them for the price point.

The only downside, is that the battery life is about 20 minutes from my averages, however most drones around this price don’t have the lifespan.

I highly recommend this drone to anyone who loves the outdoors, needs to inspect things hard to get to, or has a teenager who loves fun gadgets. Again, for the price it’s absolutely incredible.
