PERFECT CHOICE for an adolescent and the price is very reasonable. The picture quality is surprisingly clear and the drone is pretty easy to assemble. The battery really last for about 17 mins.
My 14 yr. old is having a blast flying the drone both inside and outside. Attached a string to it and delivered a note to his brother! LOL

This drone is amazing. I got it and at first I couldn't get the camera to work but all you need to do is go under Wi-Fi, The camera works great.it is so much fun it basically has two gears. One is slower and less powerful and two is powerful and way faster. It's super fast and has a long battery time

Intro:
I am not an expert drone owner. I only have a couple of drones. I am still learning.

Overview:
The packaging for this drone is amazing. You get a great padded case with compartments that allow you to store and transport your drone safely. It came with extra propellers along with landing legs, 2 batteries and chargers and guards. The instructions are very clear and include pictures.

Controller:
Setup was very easy, just follow the instructions. The controller is lite and it fits nicely in your hand. It runs off 4 AA batteries that are NOT included. There is a built in phone folder. I will say it was hard to fit my iPhone 8 Plus in a case in to the holder but I made it work. The drone has buttons to take pictures or videos. You can also control the trim of the propellers too from the controller. You can use your smart phone to see real time footage as you fly. The app has to be installed and setup is easy. There are a lot of options within the app for controlling the drone.

The Drone:
The drone itself is lite too. It offers very audible sounds to let you know when setup is complete. Lights are clear so you know orientation. The controls are responsive. I only flew the the drone on the slowest setting which was fast enough for me. I plan on turning it up as I get more used to it. The drone does not have return to home. You get a lot of features packed I to this drone for the price.

You have to manually adjust the camera. As you can see from the video, the videos are good. At least plenty good for my needs. The camera picture are good, I just forgot to save them, I was focused on videos.

Summary:
This is a great more than entry level drone that is packed with a lot of great features and a long battery life since you get 2 batteries. I would highly recommend this drone to some one that wants to play around with one without spending more than $100.
