This is my first drone. Seems like a good bang for your buck. Camera isn't the highest quality, but you're not buying a drone at this price point for professional photography/videography. The drone is simple to set up and fly. I have not had a chance to try all of the advanced features yet.
Two speed modes: slow for more stable flight, fast for more fun. Video posted was in fast mode. Probably would be better quality/more stable in slow mode. I really wanted to put it through its paces to see how capable it was. As a first timer, the first person view through the smartphone app is a little unusual. I'm sure I will get better with it over time. I was a bit nervous flying it for the first time.
The drone seems pretty durable. Came down pretty hard into the grass (tried to decelerate/descend too fast), and nothing is broken.
I would definitely recommend this as a first drone for a teen or adult. It is definitely more suited for outside use due to the size.

Drone is easy to fly, setup is a breeze. No need for a smart phone, but there is an app to use the camera and other functions if desired.
Drone is a little light, be careful in a strong breeze.

This affordable drone is great for beginners who wish to learn how to fly one themselves. Camera quality isn't high but you can't expect a 2k/4k resolution from drone around this price. All was as described in the product description. Would recommend for beginners!

I have always wanted a drone for the longest time but never pull the trigger on purchasing one. I have been doing a lot of research on the Holy Stone HS105 Drone for a long time and it checked all my boxes. The only issue was I didn't know how to fly a drone. Since the HS105 retailed for around $219.99 - $288.99 ( Depending on the seller) I didn't want to crash the drone as soon as I got it. So looking around Amazon I found this HS140. This is a perfect beginner's drone. It doesn't have all the fancy bells and whistles that the HS105 has but for $59.99 I wasn't going to have a panic attack if the drone crashed. After many flights, this gave me the peace of mind that with the more expensive drone I wasn't going to crash the drone and waste my hard earned money.
I would most strongly recommend this drone to people who want to get there feet wet in the drone hobby.
