This was my first time flying a drone of any type. While the batteries charged, I took the time to read the manual a couple times to learn basic operations. Initial charge took about 30 minutes on a 5v 2A charger. Took it outside and was up and flying within 5 minutes. This drone is super easy to learn, but I stuck to beginner mode for the first battery. Took some pics and videos and learned the controls. On the second battery I took it off beginner mode and turned the speed up. It's quick, and fun! Chased my son around for about 5 minutes doing low fly-bys, we were both laughing and he loves it too. Flew around 18 minutes on the first battery and 15 minutes on the second. Most likely less because I was flying faster and putting it through quick turns and direction changes. I've only flown it the 2 times so far but the batteries took about an hour to charge the second time and the sun was down. Will definitely be flying more tomorrow. I highly recommend this drone to anyone looking to get into this hobby. So far it has not disappointed, but I recommend reading the manual thoroughly, follow the directions and ignore the bad reviews.

Awesome drone from Holy Stone! Great flight time, very stable in high winds! Takes beautiful photos and videos in real time. Easy for beginners as Holy Stone has kept the controls as universal in most drones! Great quality videography and even does 360 degree flips for showing off! I would definitely buy another!

I received this drone as a gift. Out of the box I was so impressed. The travel bag that stores the Drone, remote, batteries and charger keeps everything in place. Drone operates as described.

This is everything and more than expected. It's very easy to use. I'm a beginner and have a couple of different drones and this one is by far the best one yet. It takes good pictures and the GPS is great. It stays steady. The return to home is excellent as well as all of the other features. Thank you!

This is my first drone, so I’m a beginner. This is super easy to fly and the auto hover works very well. The auto takeoff and land is a nice feature as well and works perfectly. I especially like the return home function and that works great too. All you have to do to get the return home function to work is make sure it’s getting a GPS signal. It’ll land every time within about a 4-5 foot radius of where it took off from. I’ve been getting about 15-20 minutes out of a battery unless it’s windy. If it’s windy it seems to drain the battery a little faster, which is expected. Windy conditions I get about 10-15 minutes on a battery. I’ve also had a couple minor crashes and it’s handled it pretty well, no repairs necessary. My son crashed into the side of the house with it and had no damage, just had to recalibrate the gyros and compass, which is super quick and simple. Very happy with this drone and highly recommend.
