I enjoyed the presentation of the product; the caring case is a nice accessory to have fort travel. With easy-to-understand instructions it was not long before the product was up and running with a nice operation time. It was not long before I was able to reach heights of 110 meters as displayed on the phone application. I have only lost connection once and a small crash. The Wi-Fi connection is fair for the connection speed. This camera takes nice photos in appropriate lighting. The feature that I like the most is the insurmountable amount of fun it provides when you want to see the world from a different perspective.

Great Beginner Drone

This has been a great beginner drone. Make sure to download the app and read through the setup instructions before flying. Do not fly this indoors, this is only for outdoors. The drone can fly erratic if it is not calibrated properly. Try flying it in headless mode if this is your first drone. It supports up to a 32GB micro SD card. Flying performance is best on a day with little to no wind. I have had mixed results with the Return To Home function. I prefer to fly it manually back to me. It has survived a few drops into a foot of snow while attempting to land and it has flown perfect right after. The pictures are OK quality as shown by the attached photos. Don't expect too much from the video, this is not a fancy drone with a gimbal for a steady video shot. The battery life is as expected, about 10-12 minutes, depending on how you fly it. Recharging time has taken less time than the expected 2 hours I've read from others. Maybe the batteries weren't fully discharged. Having two batteries included is great.

Skip the cheaper drones. Get this if your a beginner.

It was easy to learn. Though, a tad more difficult than the hs110D. The controller is great. Right size. But the phone holder won't hold my galaxy s9+ WITH protector case on it. It DOES work without the case. The GPS works really well. I ABSOLUTELY love that you can set the parameters for flight. Basically making an invisible barrier the done won't let you fly past. Easy to adjust the setting to suit your comfort level. Handles good in low wind 0-10 mpg. Maybe a few more but I don't fly in winds that are higher than 12 or 13mph. Return home feture works splendid. Seems to land withing 3 feet of takeoff spot consistently. If you fly it too high, too far, or you lose it for whatever reason, it will return to home automatically. Just MAKE SURE you have properly calibrated all the things you need, and that the GPS mode is on, and this drone is VERY hard to lose.

I gave it 4 stars in easy to learn. Because itsba touch more difficult than the hs110d. But worth learning.
