Not the best image resolution quality

Update 2/1/21
I was told by the manufacturer I need to try a TF card to save the images and videos to the drone and that will provide the 4K images as opposed to saving them to my phone via WiFi. I will provide another update after trying this out. I did figure out the issue with the GPS setting and that is working really well now. You have to make sure there are no other WiFi networks in the immediate area that could disrupt the drones signal. So when I was flying if it in the city next to my apartment complex it was getting interference with all the different WiFi signals. As soon as I went to the country or even to a more spread out neighborhood, the GPS mode worked great and kept the drone very stable in flight.

The camera quality is definitely not 4K or even 1080P HD. I was needing something that could take beautiful photos and videos of landscapes in clear resolution and this one does not. Especially at night when this photo was taken I was about 15 feet over their heads and you can’t even make out who is who.

Lots of research. HS720E won out over the other simply because the HS was 1/3rd the price. Does one third means I get two thirds more headaches or two thirds less service? Both? Seems so. Contacting them thru the website, social media fetches null results. I REALLY LIKE THE DRONE! It is more than capable, but thd controller is iffy and the drone to phone link is hard to establish and maintain. Changing batteries means doing it all over agsin with fingers crossed. I may try a secondary battery hookup so reprogramming isn't needed. The proprietary battery connection has its faults and the charging system is just plain stupidly designed. I got an aftermarket REAL charger and building my own charging dock, which is far faster and safer. HS has a fairly good reputation, so I am puzzled by their complacency. Under the same circumstances I would buy again, now I would likely hold out for the far more expensive one with a stellar reputation. ALTHOUGH, I do like a challenge and employing my own ideas. I will fix and document those online.

We flew drone below subfreezing temperature of -15deg Celcius and flight duration lasted for 15min on 100% full charge. We were pretty impressed with the precision of drone landing as RTH got activated automatically when battery charge drained. We also liked the video quality.

Nice budget drone

The first thing I noticed was how well put together the drone and remote looked. Nothing looked cheap or sloppy. I am a beginner here, only having flown a few "toy" drones. I was surprised at how easy it was to control, and how well the "return to home" and the "follow me" features work. Being new to this type of drone I was worried that I would lose it or get it stuck in a tree. But after a few flights I have gained some confidence in my abilities. Like many others have stated the battery charging time is pretty ridiculous. I would think that Holy Stone would address this issue in the near future. Overall happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend this drone to anyone.

Maybe if I was a experienced drone pilot I would feel different, But this is a first. Its not a hot rod but its quite fast in second gear. But that's not why I bought it, I bought it for family activities, park trips and ?. I'm happy with the pic's and videos it takes, they are best on the SD card. They are good on my phone also. I had no problem with flying it.
It will take a some practice to get used to the sticks for good control.
