I previously had a bad experience with the unit. I left a less than flattering review on here and Holy Stone reached out to me and sent me a replacement HS720E.

It's really easy to calibrate, it automatically synced to my controller with no calibration and GPS calibration is a breeze.

Camera and Vids are easy to take but I had issues saving to my Samsung Note 10 plus. Worked with their customer service and they were able to update the App and now it works. The quality of the camera is outstanding in my opinion. I took the attached picture and video during my first couple of test flights. You can see how stable the video is when it's just hovering. **quick update, I just saw the video I uploaded and the quality has been downgrade on here, the quality is much better that what is being shown on here**

The replacement unit came with a battery that would not charge and Holy Stone sent me a replacement after I informed them.

The HS720E is the first drone I have ever flown and it is easy, the GPS, auto return, take off and landing feature make it easy to fly. The auto return for low battery and lose of signal work great.

Their customer service has been very attentive and responsive. Based on this. I would consider purchasing other Holy Stone products.

I was looking to buy a drone so I could take pictures of my hardscape jobs and I wanted something not too expensive but not cheap made, after reading a lot of positive reviews of this product I decided to buy it and yes, just like reviews were stated this drone is amazing, it was just what I was looking for, and it feels so premium, I’m so satisfied with this drone, I will buy it again if I have to.

Holy Stone has hit a home run with the HS720E. As a drone hobbyist and amateur filmmaker, I was excited to see the latest upgrade to Holy Stone’s product line is a 4k, foldable quad with EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). It is especially impressive that this value-priced drone’s camera is equipped with a premium quality EIS image sensor from Sony. The high quality camera (with a tilt angle that is controllable during flight) produces excellent photos and image stabilized video that exceeds expectations (note that installing an SD card onboard produces optimal video quality, compared to the video saved on your smartphone through the drone’s WiFi). The camera produces smooth, stable video with amazing cinematic results, which is extraordinary for a drone in this price range. (See attached video and photos).
The flight operation of the HS720E is highly impressive and includes features that are comparable to drones costing much, much more. The HS720E, equipped with brushless motors and 6 axis gyro, is easy to fly and very responsive to the pilot’s commands. Easy flight features include one touch take-off and landing, reactive joystick controls and even, level hovering. Reaching heights of 400 feet (120 meters) while maintaining FPV (First Person View) contact is a breeze for this quad. The equipped GPS enables a number of fun and convenient functions such as RTH (return to home), in addition to functions available through the free Ophelia GO phone app which includes orbit (around a preset point), follow me and tap fly (along a programmed path).
The HS720E is shipped with two batteries for a total of over 45 minutes of flight time, a transmitter, a charger and extra propellers, all of which fit neatly into the included compact carrying case.
I absolutely love this drone and highly recommend the Holy Stone HS720E for the beginner and experienced pilot. It is a remarkable drone that is fun and easy to fly, takes excellent, stable videos and is backed by the responsive Holy Stone support team. Anyone considering the HS720E will be happy with this high quality, value priced drone that includes features found only in much more expensive drones.

I wanted to get a "starter" drone for photography & was initially looking at the DJI Mavic.

After reading a ton of reviews & watching YouTube videos, I settled on the Holy Stone HS720E 4K EIS Drone with UHD Camera.

Boy am I glad it did!

Piloting a drone is not as simple as I though because ...
... my biggest concern was losing the drone if it travels too far.
However, this is a fantastic drone to learn with as it has the "RTH" [return to home] feature.

Oh, and did I mention the 4K video quality?
It's awesome.

PROS:
- easy to get started
- extra battery + hard case = FANTASTIC
- photo + video quality = EXCELLENT

CONS:
- the right throttle control was faulty on mine but submitted a replacement request from Amzaon & will be getting that tomorrow. I still give it 5-stars.

Overall, extremely satisfied & would recommend.

I just got it today. This is the second drone I've owned. My first drone was more of toy. This one is amazing! It has a very steady hover, even in breezy conditions. The image stabilization makes the videos looks super smooth. I've just started playing with it and already I can't believe how easy it is to fly. I bought it to inspect my gutters and needed a camera that could point straight down. The remote 90 degree camera movement is very smooth, not jerky. It's so easy to control. Once I get some practice, I'll be able to get closer to my gutters, but already I was able to get great shots of where my gutters need cleaning. I live in Florida, so if we get hit with a hurricane, I'll be able to inspect my roof for damage and send pics to the insurance company. Besides, this thing is very fun to fly.

The pics are screenshots off my iphone, so don't judge the image quality. I'm getting a micro SD card to save the 4K videos and photos. The images will be crystal clear off the SD card.

I shopped around, watching a lot of youtube reviews. I didn't want to spend $500+ for a drone. This one was half that. The fact it came with a nice case and second battery sealed the deal. I saw a few reviews comparing it to other drones costing $500-$900. That's not a fair comparison. Still, it holds its own against the higher priced models. I love this drone!!!

First time ordering a Holy Stone Drone, and first of awesome experience, easy to setup, nice design n look, material is good quality, came with extra battery n parts. Only had a bit of trouble starting the drone off and battery takes to long to charge almost 7-8hrs. Best is to leave it charging overnight.
