Good drone. Easy to use. Takes good video and pictures.
Conns - minimum 7 hours to charge one battery. You need to have atleast 2.

One of the best drone in the market

I have played with different drone in the last but this one is definitely one of the best that I have used. The weight hits the ideal balance between hovering stability and flying movement speed. The GPS feature is very precise and the camera stability is great thanks to the spring mechanism. Battery life is great and the product comes with an extra battery. Great product for a fraction of the cost of Dijvic drones.

Easy Startup

This drone is great. The packaging is compact and you get everything you need to get up and flying. While the battery was charging I read the manual and familiarized myself with the controls. When the battery was charged I took the drone outside and got started. I followed step by step from Pairing to One Key Takeoff/ Landing. The drone was in the air in less than 10 minutes. I didn't spend a lot on time in front of my house because I live in a forested area and there are too many trees. After loading the pictures and videos on my computer I was a little disappointed. They were OK but not what I expected. Let me give you a tip. Tade the clear film off the camera lens. Second try, nice. I flew the drone in a field near my house this morning at 7 am and the pictures and videos were good as long as the camera wasn't pointed near the sun. At this price, you will not be disappointed with this drone. PS My videos are too big and I can't download them. I will update this when I can make some shorter videos or find out how I can download the longer ones.

Wow, I am so glad I bought this drone. I am excited to bring it with me and it is easy to carry with the included case. The extra battery really extends the fun too. I am proud to show off my videos now because of the stabilization. I tried a drone without video stabilization and while it is fun to fly, the video can be a little shaky. This would make a great first drone as the controls are so responsive and you can start in the slower speed to get used to the controls without it getting too far away from you. The optical flow sensors on the bottom were a feature I wanted too as it hovers so good without even touching the controls. The lights on the bottom of the drone are cool too, makes it easier to see in the sky, you can turn those on or off from the easy to hold remote too. With the 4k 30fps sony camera it makes some outstanding videos too! Search you tube for the model HS720E to find some full resolution videos people have posted as the amazon video doesn't let you do the full resolution.

The setup and calibration is super quick and your phone guides you through it after you connect to the drone by wifi and use the app from the manual, ophelia 4k. Auto take off and gps return home make you feel confident to take the drone out a little further and get an eye in the sky! I really like the two speeds too, you can use sport to get you to where you want to shoot and ultra stable tripod mode when you get there all from the remote. The tripod mode will move and rotate the drone to make smooth transitions even when you push the control stick all the way in a direction. I was not expecting that would work so well on a drone at this price, so pleased. The camera can be moved up and down from the remote as well giving you more creative angles. The follow me and orbit modes work well too.

The drone also has 60 fps mode where you can capture fast action easier in a little lower resolution or edit it to a slo mo effect video with basic video editing programs. I have only needed the 30fps as everything looks smooth in that mode to me so far, cars driving by or people running look natural and smooth. The E model of this drone adds the extra battery and electronic image stabilization. I am so happy with this drone!

Great step-up drone (before investing $$$)

<Disclaimer> You need to understand that it is $300-drone! I.e. you get what you pay for </Disclamer>
The reason I’ve got HS720e is that I wanted fully functional drone that I can use for learning to fly (yes, I am a newbie) and didn’t want to invest a lot. Now it is a second week of my experiments – I am very happy with my decision. Here are highlights.

Good:
- Remote is fine - I feel that I am in control, sticks/buttons are responsive.
- Sony sensor is just plain great - the image quality (both photo and video) are way better than you could expect from this price range. Plus extras: manual ISO and balance of white (if needed).
- Drone is heavy enough (~ 1 pound) to withstand real winds. I’ve been flying it around 300 ft above the ground with 10 mph winds (gusts up to 16mph) and it was perfectly controllable
- “Return to home” lands within 2 feet from the starting point (couple of times even less), so I am feeling safe about running out of power
- GPS hold works fine (good thing it knows about both GPS and GLONASS)
- Battery life is reasonable (btw, thanks for the second battery!) – I am definitely getting above 20 minutes of flight time.
- Optical stabilization definitely helps (good touch – lights on the bottom!)

Bad:
- Beware of 5-7 hours of battery charging – just place batteries after the flight to the charger overnight, so next day you would have them full.
- The process of loading maps to the app is not clear enough, but I was able to figure out: start the app without connecting to drone WiFi and wait a bit – maps would be loaded eventually (at least that’s what happened in my case – Android, LG).
- No blade guards available to add – so you need to be careful with grass/leaves (and fingers
