I was lusting after an expensive camera drone. My wise son suggested I buy an inexpensive one strictly for learning. This guy fits the bill. Overall I am amazed that so much technology is built into something that costs less than an Uber ride across town. The instructions are fairly clear, and there are plenty of resources online. Pairing, setting the gyro, auto takeoff all work like a charm. The headless mode works well, too, and it makes flying much easier. But there is one problem - the transmitter beeps and flashes the entire time you remain in headless mode. Not only is this annoying, but it is also the behavior described for low battery in the transmitter. I changed out fresh batteries - but still the beeping/flashing. Others here have pointed this out. It appears that this is considered a feature, rather than a bug, but the constant beeping distracts from the fun of zooming this little skeeter around.
Apart from this grating error, I have no complaints. I didn't expect this to fly well outdoors - it's so tiny the least bit of wind will make it difficult or impossible to control. But inside, it works great, and I am achieving my objective of learning the basics before I plunk down $$$ on a "real" drone.

I bought two HS210 drones for my 6 & 8-Year-old son's Christmas and they loved them. Though small, they pack a punch; an excellent gift for young ones and those looking for a cheap entry-level drone. Unsuitable for windy outdoors but a tremendous indoor toy I give this toy 2 thumbs up but 4 stars because one of the drone's propellers stopped working 2 days after use. Still a great toy!

We bought this drone for my almost 10 year old son. He is very responsible and understands instructions at level higher than his age. It says 14+ so we are using it with parental supervision.

I bought this because it was the best price and best reviews! It really is a great beginners drone and we’ve been able to start flying it right away! We were all amazed at how steady this drone flies and floats in the air!

The only thing we aren’t sure about yet is taking care of the batteries. They do drain fast but I bought the drone with 3 batteries for that reason. The drone lands carefully and has blinking lights before it runs out. It also comes with a charger and extra propeller parts.

We are planning on parking it on our charging station due to its small size.

I bought this for my 8 year old grandson. He simply loves it. This was his first drone and its perfect for his age. Comes with extra batteries too. Not bad for a $20 investment
