This is a very cute drone. It is very light and easy to control, even for kids. My sons love and play it everyday. It has two batteries , so it is convenient to bring it to travel. Easy to connect with iPhone and take a picture everywhere. Worth money. Love it!

This drone is so easy to fly!
Having 2 batteries, only makes sense. It's unique features, seem like common sense too. Why can't all drones double as a back up phone charger and flashlight?
My 9 year old daughter loves flying this, and even the wifey...
I literally set the remote down, while this drone hovered at 20 feet until the battery drained, then landed itself. Great training drone, great stability for photos or video. Compact, portable, packaging makes a perfect case.
Everyone should own one!

Great drone for selfies indoors, flies well in light wind. Drone locks at 50ft altitude, slow moving for great photos! I would recommend for beginner. Nice job Holy Stone!!!

I purchased the Holy Stone HS161 drone for fun and its compactness. I first tried it today, and it is a fun drone to fly.

Pros:
Very compact. All four of the props fold into the body (minus propeller protectors). The whole thing can fit in your pants pocket.
Has an LED light that can be used as a flashlight.
Has a USB port to allow a charge of your smartphone.
Stable in flight.
Comes with two batteries that charge in about two hours each (about one hour for initial charge).
Comes with extra propellers. Propeller protectors are also supplied.
Camera provides very good imaging (photos and videos). Has a port for a micro SD card, but imaging can also be viewed on your smartphone within the app and saved. Photos and videos can be taken using the drone as a handheld camera.

Transmitter has rechargeable batteries.
Single button for landing.
Unobstructed range of the transmitter is 100 meters.

Cons:
Camera can’t be adjusted using the transmitter. Can be adjusted prior to flight a few degrees down if desired.
Flight time is about 10 minutes per battery, which is not bad for a small drone. Flight time extended with two or more charged batteries available.
No GPS.
Since the drone is very light, it needs to be flown in little to no wind.
Not waterproof.
Altitude on my flights were limited to about 50 feet.
The description on Amazon indicates that there is Gesture Control and Smart Voice Control, but there is no mention of these functions in the instructions provided with the drone. Not a deal breaker to me.

Overall, this is a nice, fun drone to fly particularly for its portability. It takes nice photos and videos for a quick aerial shot. It is not a serious drone for beginners, but it is an inexpensive alternative for those who want to have a drone with photographic capabilities for fun.

I won’t repeat the specs other than to say they work as advertised. In reading reviews everyone seems to be looking for a particular piece of information before they make a purchase. Not sure what you are looking for, however here is my take – spoiler alert: this one of the most fun drones I have. What is there not to like? Now the longer version. It is the only drone I will fly indoors and it’s the only one that is multi-functional in that it is a drone, a flashlight, a camera/video recorder and a cell phone charger if needed, plus it folds up so that is small enough to throw in a backpack or a purse. It is the perfect companion for vacation or just having fun with friends. Its durable, (be sure and put the propeller guards on), so that first time user and the kids can fly it without worry or fear of breaking it. My favorite feature is the adjustable camera that takes super pictures. In summary, all the features work, it’s the most flexible and portable drone I’ve found, it has adjustable 1080 camera that is ridiculously good especially on a drone at this price point and it has a fun factor of 10! In short I really enjoy flying this drone
