I was so excited when I ordered my second drone of ownership. It arrived quickly, easy to set up, and after a few instructions ready to fly. It was so easy to fly in open spaces. After flying every day for 3 weeks the drone was sent to a lower height for a longer range. No problem, right? Hit the return to home button (for the 100th) time and it started getting closer on the remote control and then bam...lost all reception and never found drone.
Could have been an error on me. I didn't purchase this drone again for replacement of the incident only because I chose a better camera and transmission of remote control, which was a lot more money. For the money it's worth it!

The HS510 has a lot of features in a little package. Reasonably priced, this drone is fun and pretty stable in flight. For me, I thought that it was quite fast and made for an exhilarating flight. It comes with 2 batteries and that is appreciated especially when you will begin receiving a battery warning at 50%. The included charger uses USB-C so it's adaptable to modern technology.

The instructions are pretty good and do a fair job of explaining how to operate the drone. I do wish that drones came with a pre-flight checklist as standard across the industry. The controller is very good and holds my S20+ with a case on without issue. I do wish that the controller was rechargeable but that's a minor gripe. The included case is very nice and holds everything that comes with the drone.

While it can be flown indoors, I wouldn't buy it for that alone. It is very powerful and doesn't include prop guards so there is a high chance of damaging your home or injuring someone. There are included extra props and a screwdriver if you happen to damage them in a crash.

Overall I really like this little drone and based on Holy Stone's quality would look to buy from HS again.
