Excellent operation and best customer service I ever saw

This was my first "premium drone". It's extremely easy to operate. Quick note, if you get confused just let go of the controls and it will stay so don't panic. I used the path feature on this product and it never returned. BUT, after contacting Holy Stone regarding this and they actually replaced the item. I never had to send anything back so I get an extra remote. I have never seen this before, it was arguably probably my fault but they just stand by their products. The only downside is that they send you one one battery that takes several hours to fully charge from dead and when I bought the drone the spare batteries were out of stock so I would recommend purchasing at least one extra battery if they are in stock. Overall I would definitely recommend this item to people whom are looking to purchase a drone. I've attached a video that was taken at night and used the landing lights that are very bright.

You get what you pay for and a whole lot more!!!!

All I can say is WOW! I am a beginner and only had one drone prior to this.
Holy Stone really produced a quality drone for a great price!!!
It was so easy to learn to fly, is very responsive and accurate .
The one button take off and landing is such a nice feature!!!!
The camera take really good pictures and video. I had a few questions and used Holy Stones live Chat technical support and Rose was very helpful not to mention super polite! I recommend this Drone for all beginners like myself looking for more than just a toy, but you don’t wanna spend a fortune! You won’t be dissatisfied as this offers all features of more expensive drones!

I had this drone on my wish list for a couple of months and decided to purchase the drone when I saw that it was on sale. Boy am I happy I did. Received my drone today and I couldn't wait to fly it. Took it out of the box and immediately noticed the nice carry case. Unzipped the carry case and was pleasantly surprised at the size and the quality of the drone. The battery was half charged, so only wanted to do a test flight. Even at half charge, I got about 12 minutes out of it, but enjoyed all 12 minutes of flight.

I have been searching for a drone for a few years now but couldn’t justify paying $1,000+ for it. This past week I discovered the Holy Stone drones and couldn’t believe how much more affordable they were compared to the most expensive drones out there and still having the features I care the most about GPS, follow me, 26 minutes of flying time, etc... I have contacted the Holy Stone customer support team already with several questions even before I decided to buy the drone from them and they have been very friendly and supportive every time. I also received the drone the same day I placed the order. It took about 6 hours for the drone to be delivered to my house. Overall I’m very satisfied. Great job Holy Stone and Amazon!

This is my first drone, but I have several friends with pricier / more advanced models. For me, it had everything I was looking for, namely it is user friendly, quiet, has a solid 20-25 minute flight time and a decent camera. After reading all of the reviews I wasn't surprised that it flew well and did a nice job of shooting pictures and video. Being that this was my first drone (and apparently I don't do the best job of following instructions) I would up contacting the help desk several times. They are super responsive and helpful. Let me share with you three things I learned after speaking with them:
1.) If your video appears upside down on your phone, just hit the 180 degree icon
2.) The return home button will take the drone up to about 95 feet before returning (in order to avoid obstacles) I had panicked when my drone went up at first
3.) If the drone isn't handling well, you probably didn't calibrate the GPS well (wait until all lights are solid)

Oh and let me tell you my biggest surprise, last night my daughter and I went to fly the drone by the beach at sunset. I hit the video button and couldn't wait to get home to see the results. Well guess what? I forgot to put the SD card back in the drone. To my amazement, the drone had sent the complete video wirelessly to my iPhone. It was all there! So cool!
